With this app, you can create a Securus Online account, change your password and PIN, and set up security questions for easy password reset. 🔒

Video Connect®: Enroll in Video Connect and schedule video sessions with incarcerated individuals from anywhere in the world with Wi-Fi or cellular data. 🌐 Access and view your upcoming sessions, sync details with your calendar, and receive notifications. Manage your photos, view transaction history, and manage credit/debit cards. 💳 For the best experience, use a headset or earbuds with a microphone to reduce echo. 🎧

Prepaid Calling Account Management: Manage your AdvanceConnect account to receive calls from your contact. You can enroll, add funds, see available funds, add or change phone numbers, view call details, block or unblock calls, enroll in AutoPay or TextPay, and update your credit/debit card information. 💰

Securus Debit: Deposit funds into this account for your contact to use for calling, purchasing music, games, and movies for their tablet, scheduling and paying for Video Connect sessions, and purchasing stamps to send eMessages and eCards. ✉️ Feature availability varies by facility.

Messaging Services: Sign up for eMessaging™, purchase stamps, send and receive messages and eCards, attach photos, and even send a 30-second VideoGram. 📸 Use Snap n’ Send™ to send a selfie or choose a photo from your gallery. You can also transfer stamps to your contact or prepay for them to reply. Feature availability varies by facility.

Securus Text Connect: This feature allows real-time two-way short message communication between you and an incarcerated individual. Purchase a package of ‘Connects’ and start sending text messages through the app. 💬 The incarcerated individual can reply using your Connects, and you will receive app notifications of incoming texts. Set up an automatic re-purchase of your Connects package when your balance gets low. Low balance alerts via email can also be set up. eCards can be sent with a text message. 🎉
