For Rakuraku smartphones released after February 2017, the app is usable but lacks certain unique functions like voice reading and Rakuraku Touch.

While using the app, packet communication charges will apply, so a packet flat-rate service is recommended. Corporate contract holders should use the My docomo site instead of the app. Keep in mind that the displayed data traffic is an estimate and may differ from the final billing amount.
